A long thin loaf of French bread with a crisp crust.
A Mini-Bolillo (Small French Roll) stuffed with chopped ham, chorizo, and monterey jack cheese.
A soft whole wheat bread sweetened with agave nectar and filled with little bits of Piloncillo (raw, unrefined cane sugar).
